Join us for our annual Valentine's Dinner.  Voted one of the most romantic restaurants by Inland Empire Magazine, Baily's is clearly a top choice to impress your date.  The four course dinner features a choice of appetizer, choice of soup or salad, choice of entree and choice of dessert.  The ladies will recieve a complimentary rose upon departure.  We will be serving the featured menu on Saturday the 11th through Tuesday the 14th.

To make the reservation we require a phone number and a credit card number to secure your time.  You can cancel your reservation up to 48 hours in advance, however if you don't make the reservation there is a $25 no show fee.  Call 951-676-9567 to make the reservation.

Hickory smoked bacon wrapped scallops finished with roasted red pepper coulis

Brie cheese baked in puff pastry and served with caramelized pears and walnuts

Pan fried spring roll wrappers filled with smoked duck and sautéed vegetables topped with a teriyaki dipping sauce


A rich cream soup made with roasted butternut squash and finished with crème fraiche

Shrimp and vegetable stock with clam, crab and lobster meat finished with roasted paprika and a splash of brandy

Romaine lettuce tossed with Caesar dressing, croutons and asiago cheese

Spinach tossed with a sweet cranberry vinaigrette and topped with feta cheese, pancetta and toasted almonds


A robust French dish prepared with braised short ribs, red wine, and mushrooms

Filet mignon topped with fresh asparagus, succulent crab meat and sauce Béarnaise

Center cut swordfish grilled and topped with a charred tomato and avocado relish

Pan roasted pork tenderloin finished with a raspberry chipotle glaze

Breaded chicken breast stuffed with pancetta, sun-dried tomatoes and herbed mascarpone cheese finished with chardonnay veloute


White and dark chocolate mousses finished with a mixed berry coulis

Almond coated puff pastry layered with vanilla custard, kiwi, mango and strawberry

Bread pudding laced with crème anglaise, raspberry preserves and white chocolate
