Sunday, December 31st is our annual New Year's Eve extravaganza.  We have three offerings for your night of entertainment.  Come for any one of the three or all of them...the choice is yours.

    • Reservations available from 5:00pm to 10:00pm

Caramelized with prosciutto, red onion and deglazed with red wine, baked in oven with homemade bread crumbs and Parmesan cheese

Ahi tuna layered with sliced avocado and drizzled with a spicy red Thai curry sauce served with crispy won tons

Paper thin slices of beef tenderloin garnished with capers, cracked black pepper, brandy dijonaise and parmesan cheese

Mixed greens tossed with raspberry vinaigrette, gorgonzola cheese, dried cranberries and candied walnuts

Romaine lettuce tossed with classic Caesar dressing, topped with shaved parmesan and garlic toast points

A rich cream soup made with roasted butternut squash and finished with crème fraiche

Rich tiger shrimp and Maine lobster bisque garnished with citrus oil infused jumbo lump crab meat

Layers of lasagna, mozzarella, ricotta, parmesan, and grilled vegetables, finished with a homemade marinara sauce

Salmon, roasted peppers and Shiitake mushrooms in puff pastry, finished with a lemon basil beurre blanc, served Jasmine rice and fresh vegetables

Breaded chicken breast stuffed with artichoke hearts, feta cheese, basil and topped with sun-dried tomato cream sauce then served with parmesan risotto and vegetables

Rack of Lamb pan roasted and finished with a rosemary demi glace served with potatoes au gratin and vegetables

Filet mignon topped with grilled asparagus, succulent crab meat and sauce Béarnaise served with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetables

Homemade flourless chocolate torte served with raspberry puree and crème anglaise

A rich cheesecake laced with toasted macadamia nuts, finished with a warm caramel sauce

A refreshing Italian dessert served with mixed berries and coulis
